Bill,

If the stalks are not yet up out of the fans, I have never noticed any
particular damage at all from a late snow storm, as long as the temperature
doesn't fall below about 28 degrees F (the low temperatures coming as the
sky clears after the storm). If it snows after the blossoms have opened, as
it does here on occasion, then that is another story.
