My flowers are starting to really get going now! I had 3 new ones open today.
RADIANT ANGEL, which bloomed last October, was one. AZTEC AFFLUENCE also had
a bloom on an extremely tall stalk. And ESTHER THE QUEEN opened a flower
today on each of it's two stalks. Very pretty!
SILENT TEARS is still going strong! It has 9 blooms open right now on 5
stalks. I've also noticed that the bud on the tip of each stalk is double
socketed. Is this normal?? It makes for a nice display but it's kind of hard
to see the individual flower when they are both open at the same time. Can't
tell where one starts and the other ends. Oh well, they're still beautiful!
