Denise, I don't know who your mystery iris may be.  But, I have one of my
own that fits your description exactly, but for a light blue beard.  Any
guesses?

It is a pretty modern flowered SDB.  I don't really care for the color,
which is too bad, because it has never failed to bloom profusely here for
three years and it certainly hasn't been babied.  I'm going to dig it up and
give it away, but I'd like a name to go with it if it could be had.
