Beware! That rattlesnakes can bite even after they are dead up to 12-14 hour.
It is a muscle reaction. It has happen many times in AZ. A friend of ours
from Alaska drove over a rattlesnake and killed it but went back to get his
prize and promptly go bite.
So be double aware
