Hi Doreen,
Our club uses Floralife (Fresh Flower Food)
This is put in all tubes before stalks are put in.
Of course most stalks are cut morning of show
or night before. They seem to last the weekend.
Mushy or spent flowers are removed and hopefully
new buds will open up.
