I had problems with Michigan Bulb and Spring Hill. I didn't know they owned both. I quit dealing with them along time ago. Sure interesting though.

Yes, the company also owned Spring Hill and, surprisingly for me, Stark
Brothers. I always had good experience with Stark but very poor with Spring
Hill and Michigan Bulb. All in all the nursery business is now greatly
improved.
