That's why a lot of us in California prefer the more tightly defined Sunset
zones
John Reeds in San Juan Capistrano Sunset 23, a small subset of USDA 9b, and
quite different from G. S.'s San Fenando Valley 9b, which (appropriately)
has a different Sunset zone.
