I had a "Lifetime Guarantee" on plants from Spring Hill

--I thought that a pretty good thing--until
I called for replacement on 30% of last years'
failed plants, and spent 8 - 10 hours getting busy signals
to finally get through and find they were
"OUT OF BUSINESS" (that was in June.)

Anyone know if they are back in business or not?
