A bit of rebloom still going on in 95-degree July and now August.
Poem Of Ecstasy is almost finished with its 2 incredibly branched rebloom
stalks, each with over 20 fully-developed flowers.
Stingray still going (of course).
Classic Look sent up one rebloom stalk.
Innocent Star put out one more stalk.
Double Dribble seems about finished (finally).
Bursting Bubbles (Ghio 2001) didn't bloom in the spring, but has put out a
couple of decent stalks. A pretty enough pale pink, but the falls (at least
on these stalks) are not evenly spaced.
Double Click is just now sending up a rebloom stalk (maybe two). Now that
is a thrill; this is a strikingly different, complex and difficult to
describe dark luminata. The pictures (Ghio's catalog and Maryott's website)
do not do it justice). If it performs halfway decent, this one is a must!
I wish something else would be around worth crossing it to.
