Yes, it is the right click. Put the mouse pointer on the picture and then
press the right mouse button once. This brings up the operation menu. One of
the options is "Save Picture As..." that is if you are using MS and IE.

Is it a "Right Click" that gives you the contextual menu from which you
can choose "Save As". Not being on a PC I am not sure.
