Well,after 4 inches of rain and temps in the mid 90's I finally found
my first cases of Soft Rot.
I am planning on cleaning affected rhizomes with bleach bath/dry. I
am wondering about preventative measures for the rest of the beds?
I have read alot about the antibacterial soap,but haven't been able
to find out dosages for spraying, etc.
If anyone has any other ideas, would love to try it. I haven't had
much trouble with soft rot in the past, but this is the first few
years that I really got hooked into the modern Iris. Just my luck
some of my favorites have succumbed to the rot.
