Would any of you with a MAC have any idea how to help this lady?
<< I want to know how to get rid of it. Someone sent a huge file about
Calvinism to my school address and every time I try to delete it the
whole system freezes and I have to "illegally" turn the computer (MAC)
off and reboot. >>
