Hi-
I really did read the minutes when I said I would, but this summer has
been so hectic, I just haven't followed up. Good job! I remember a
couple of things a little differently, but we all have selective hearing
and that is why we have minutes.
I offer one change. I thought we decided to leave the membership
expiration dates as they have been because Rita said that the program
she is using to track such things made it just as easy as changing to
uniform dates. ---but I could be wrong.
Thanks for the corporation papers. Missouri requires us to have
resident of that state as a contact person. Jim has agreed to do that
for MIS. I have the forms for redesignation, should that become
necessary.
