Laurie,
I am not aware that the AIS has reclassified these cultivars, but the
Median Iris Society and HIPS have reclassifed HONORABILE (and its sports)
as MTB's. I don't think anyone has reclassified RHAGES, though it does
bloom at median height for me ( 24") with smaller flowers in proportion to
the stalk.
