All I can say is WOW at the variation. But it's great to know this
starting out, so I don't freak and think I got a mislabeled iris.

Funny you should mention THORNBIRD, there is a collection of photographs
at the Space Age Robin in the photos section that demonstrates this.
The variation is incredible.

discussion concerning how the same cultivar could vary so much from
garden to garden, zone to zone.
