Just for the record, Pledge will take roof tar off doors and floors, and
Vaseline will take creosote paint off horses ears and other fleshy/hairy
surfaces.
There's also a rumor floating around that if you get permanent marker on
your dry erase board you can get it off by tracing over the permanent
markings with the dry erase marker and then erasing. It may take several
trys to actually work though. And it may not be worth the trouble.
