Laura,

Thanks for all the hard work again.  Yes this all sounds fair to me.  We
really do need these trays now.  We will send our check in payment.  But
could you make something up official that looks like a Bill when we get
final counts.  Title it INVOICE. We need this more for IRS purposes than
anything else.  Also will NOT have any tray charges from Schreiners for
those we are shipping for you because you have a good credit of trays built
up for you which we are holding for your use.
