Char, you don't have to be a member of BIP to look at the files.
I have reconfigured it so the public can view the archives.  I
wouldn't join unless you are interested in Beardless Irises..to
post, you have to be a member, of course. 

The pics can be found in the files section which is accessible
by clicking on 'files' on the left hand tool bar.
