Hi Linda,

Mary Hess, who runs Bluebird Haven (address etc. on
HIPS site, www.worldiris.com, select HIPS)
will grow your unknown, she'll give it an ID number,
and then will see if she can ID it, or sometimes
someone visiting the garden will ID it.  Or sometimes
they stay a number, but they are conserved!

She ID'd INDIAN CHIEF for me in a glance, and grows my

UNK-ROSE GORCZYCA (very similar but not identical to
PRESIDENT PILKINGTON).  She has lots of UNKS with
numbers, that are really great iris (e.g. 2514).

She has very good prices, I think she'll accept
orders until September.
