Charlie, I've wintered single TB's over in mum pots. It's not ideal but
will get you through the winter and is a lot less weight to transport. And less
potting soil to buy. Wouldn't want to leave them in the pots past spring.
They will crowd and distort plastic pots and won't grow well.
Place them along the east or west side of a building, if possible, to
protect from winds and excessive drying. Less maintenance.
