Re: Bulletin

I heard there was a few delays for various reasons. Now at distributers getting ready for posting. Some further delays in getting Ballots into Bulletin. Deadline for return of Ballots has been put back two weeks to compenste for time.

Expect it soon.

I may have been a factor in delay. If there is a photo essay in the Bulletin by me then I nave been a contributing factor.
