You are an iris fan if: You grow several different irises because you like all the different colors available.
You are an iris fancier if: You keep track of all the names of the different varieties that you grow and even put labels on the plants.
You are an iris fanatic if: You must keep a database with names, checklist descriptions, sources, etc. to keep track of the hundreds of varieties that you grow, and in addition to the labels in the plant beds, you must keep both paper and computer maps of the locations of all of them, even though you call them all by name as you weed them.
