July AIS Bulletin -- recently arrived

Hi all,

We got our copies of the July AIS Bulletin in
the mail, either Friday or Saturday (8/3 or 4).
We often get things late in the game, not sure
if peculiarity of our local PO or if more global
(we're near Oakland, northern California, greater
San Francisco bay area).
