In response to inquiries several days ago about the naming of Niswonger's
iris 'Betty Dunn", here is what Dave had to say:

This is further information on the subject.
There is a Betty Dunn in the Atlanta area and one just passed away in The
Cape Girardeau area that I know of. My math teacher in 8th grade was Ivan Dunn
and I believe he had a sister or wife by that name. Dave
