I don't see an official reply to your question, so I will try to shed a  
little light.
 
Publication of the ten-year Checklist (2000-2009) cannot begin until  after 
December 31, 2009, because irises could still be registered up to that  
date. I'm sure that most of the information is already on computers. The 2009  
R&I booklet would have to be done first and then all ten years combined. I  
would think that the Checklist should be done by the end of 2010. For more
