To anyone,

I voted for the first time last year, but am not clear on how this list is
created.
Since write ins are not allowed, how are some eliminated and others put on
list for the following year?  Do sellers report which ones sold the best?

Are there some that have been voted in 10 or 15 years straight?
 Is there a way to have  1990-99 top 25?
These  in the top 25 vote of the 100 for 10 years straight, be retired and
save as permanent favorites so others can get on list?

Thanks in advance for any help in understanding a little more about
symposiums.
