That's  was the sort of index I had in mind.  My hat to Jack Finney.

The one Dana suggested is great, but a little more info than I need at the
moment.
I will certainly make use of that one later.

Right now, I finally found a little of an answer to my question about
How the symposium got started.
There's a blurb in the 50th Golden Anniversary Issue #196 Jan 1970. P26
It looks like Kenneth Smith had the first one in 1940 w 50 on the list.

That's the problem w doing inventory: I get bogged down in reading
What I'm suppose to be sorting. HA!
