That's was the sort of index I had in mind. My hat to Jack Finney. The one Dana suggested is great, but a little more info than I need at the moment. I will certainly make use of that one later. Right now, I finally found a little of an answer to my question about How the symposium got started. There's a blurb in the 50th Golden Anniversary Issue #196 Jan 1970. P26 It looks like Kenneth Smith had the first one in 1940 w 50 on the list. That's the problem w doing inventory: I get bogged down in reading What I'm suppose to be sorting. HA! Thanks everyone for your help. It is posted on the Greater Kansas City Iris Society web site. http://kciris.org/News_2.html -- Jim Murrain 8871 NW Brostrom Rd Kansas City, MO 64152-2711 USA --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE IRIS [demime 1.01d removed an attachment of type image/gif which had a name of stampa_girl_line_en.gif] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE IRIS
