Bulb iris, dutch, reticulata, danfordia etc are registered with dutch bulb industry. Not with AIS.

Sorry, yes, made a typo, but still not Registered as I. hollandica or a "Dutch Iris" . The SDB was by Paul Black, 2008. Based on the distribution of the bulbous type I would guess that it predates that significantly.

I also know an Iris W hollandica 'Eye of the Tiger', never heard of an 
SDB

or Spuria with the same name.
