Jim was not one to just give up. He told me last week that he'd ordered  
some grape vines to be delivered this fall.  We met Jim and Ruth when  moved 
to Omaha and joined the iris society. They were like family to  us.
Jim taught me a lot about irises and gardening in general.  Through  them 
we got interested in attending the regional meetings too.  Jim has  lots of 
friends and family that will miss him very much. Our prayers go to Ruth  and 
the girls and family.
