For anyone interested in some great iris book bargains, Dover
Publications,Inc., 31 East 2nd St, Mineola, NY 11501 has two excellent
reprints.  The great classic monograph, with beautiful paintings reproduced,
THE GENUS IRIS by William Rickatson Dykes is available at $35.00.  Also,
Molly Price's excellent THE IRIS BOOK is available at $6.95.  There is a
$4.00 shipping charge for each order, and NY residents must add sales tax.  

The Dykes book is considered to be one of the most outstanding works on any
horticultural subject ever written.  A first edition sells for about $1,500
