Just for the record, Clarence, SUKY has rebloomed every year in my garden
(central Virginia, Zone 7), including the first year I planted it.  I
think Jack Loving in King George, VA has had the same experience.  It is
as lovely as its namesake.  Clarence needn't be so modest. :)
