Sally...I talked to Jerry Gifford about your problem in getting a response,
and he tells me he has not received any correspondence from you! This is
strange, but it sometimes does happen...who knows what happens with snail
mail? Anyway, the way you get the World of Irises is to send Jerry $20 U.S,
either a check (cheque as the British say) payable in U.S. dollars, or an
International Money Order payable in U.S. dollars. I have no problem
receiving mail from all over the world, so if want to send the check to me
(payable to The American Iris Society), I will get it to Jerry. If you want
to pay your dues to join the AIS at the same time, that will be for one year
an additional $23.00 U.S. or for 3 years an additional $54.00. If you put
payment for both the book and membership dues in one check (money order), I
will send the check first to Jerry, and have him send the membership dues an
information on to Marilyn Harlow in California and the book to you. Let me
know if this is o.k. Clarence Mahan (Mailing address: 7311 Churchill Road,
McLean, VA 22101 U.S.A.)
