I especially enjoyed his comment in the catalog about his 'biodegradable'
iris - some recognition of the problem there.
So, to get back to the original question, what about new tall bearded
introduction performance this year? I didn't really mean to start an EDITH
WOLFORD thread.....Use whatever standards you have for your own gardens of
best and worst performers. Doesn't anybody out there grow the new expensive
stuff? What are all those rich single iris nuts spending their money on?
Maybe they are all off on vacation now that digging season is about over...
