Yes, under protest....some of mine haven't bloomed yet so I
couldn't vote for them. My all-time favorite in my garden is
RASPBERRY GEM which is in bud (some green, some showing color).
I went over to Mountain River Flower Farm on Sunday to buy more
iris AND to check out the Japanese since they are about a week
ahead of me....that is where I saw three of the ten on my ballot!
I think the Japanese section should make the deadline Aug. 20th
for the ballots. It is bad enough that we in Zone 3 can't ever
enter shows because we are behind the bloom in Maine and Mass.,
but I would like to be able to vote correctly!
