AIS Bulletin arrives!

Despite Canadian relay team's win over the US in the 4x100M (by about 2 
yards!), the US Postal Service eventually delivered the AIS bulletin to 
Canada.  I received it today and it looks good.  

The relay win and the propensity for Canadians to trade with Cuba and enjoy 
holidays there suggests that Congress might soon ask the USPS to cut the 
delivery of all gardening magazines to Canada.  As a nation, we will agree 
not to win in the next Olympics in exchange for continued delivery!
