Somewhat true. DVD will be out probably next year and will store about 6 Gigs. But ( and it is a
reasonably big but) they will probably be in the $2000 dollar range and and the prices will not
fall too quickly, and I don't think the existing reader base will be able to read them. Don't know
about the media costs, but they are likly to go up too
