Don't know what the big continuing flap over Priority Mail Service is.
I have been using PMS from Concord (CA) to Monterey (CA) and to
Yokosuka, JAPAN. Concord to Monterey is typically overnight (mailed
before 4:00 PM) but never more than two days. Concord to Yokosuka,
JAPAN, is four days (that includes handling in the FPO AP system). Keep
in mind that problems arise from the way USERS address packages.
Oh, by the way, I am neither current nor retired Postal Service employer
nor paid schill (sp?).
