Hi Everyone!
About two weeks ago I responded with a short note to an inquiry about the
pending relocation of Brad and Kathie Kaspereks' Zebra Iris Garden. I was
intentionally brief in my remarks, as I was aware that at that time they
had not yet finalized the purchase of their new property. It was confirmed
at the Region 12 Iris Auction today that the deal has gone through, and the
Kaspereks will be moving within the next month to their new home, which is
located in Elwood, Utah, just outside of Tremonton. For the benefit of
those for whom these fair communities are not household words, this will
put them in a location 70 miles north of Salt Lake City, almost exactly at
the junction of I-15 and I-84.
As the property they have acquired is 35 acres in extent, Brad should have
ample room for some really serious iris hybridizing. (<:
