I have tried the marks a lot by avery. It does mark a lot but it won't
hold through the sun but one summer. I along with others on the Iris-l
have used and recommended the speedball painters stick. It is by far the
most superior permanent marker I have ever used. It will be their after
the sticker is shot. This marker thrives on abuse. I also raise
waterlillies and some of my markers have been underwater three years.
When I rub the scum off, the name looks nearly new. Have had just as
good a luck with labeling any above ground plant.
