I have converted the '95 R&I to a Word document. It is not in a database
form but can be searched with the "Find" command. I think it is
reasonably accurate. The biggest problem the scanner had was recognizing
some of the "("s. I didn't do a spell check on it because there are so
many weird words used, and my word dictionary is not that comprehensive.
It has page numbers that tie to the paper version.
If you would like a copy please email me privately at :

It is 325Kb, so will take a while to upload, but I will see if I can
compress it. Is there a Stuffit for PCs? I suppose I could make a PDF
file out of it, but I am not sure it would be is searchable then.
And since I am trying to stay out of legal trouble (not that there is
any - but just in case) I ask the you include the following statement in
your request:
"I have purchased in its printed form the "Registrations and
Introductions in 1995" published by the American Iris Society 1996. I
will not publish the electronic version in any public forum, give it to
or allow it to be copied by anyone that has not previously purchased the
same referenced publication."
In other words, if you haven't bought it, you can't have the electronic
version. If you have bought it and want the electronic version, you
havepormise to respect the AIS copyright. (Actually I guess it is an
implied copyright because they don't claim one in the R&I).
I have no idea if any of this has any validity at all, but it makes me
feel better...
