Re: headers?

Thank you Kathy for the specific instructions on how to get rid of the junk!
 Now if someone would just give me step by step ( or click by click)
instruction on  Downloading I'll be all set. I get messges that say they are
sending me something, and across the bottom of the screen it says"Download
Now" or "Download Later". I click on "Now" and sit here and wait for stuff to
be downloaded, but when I open the file, All I have is the messages saying
something is being sent. I have never been able to retrieve anything I've
downloaded......and I had more different ways described to me than you'd ever
believe. AND NONE IF THEM WORK!   I am only semi-computer literate....I have
to be told each and every button to push!
