Hi Charles,
I've had good results with leaf spot this year with Immunex by Spectracide.
It's a systemic, iris are not specificly listed on it but I did a trial spray
first on my "no name" ones and then the rest about a week later. This was in
spring right when some had buds showing and so some of the early blooms did
have faded spots from the spray. Did stop the leaf spot immediately though.
We've recently had a spell of wet weather and things are starting to spot
again, may need to give them another shot.
All the best,
Carolyn Needham

<< Another question I have is about leaf spot. This year seemed particularly
bad
for that. I had lots of brown leaves, caused, I think by fungal leaf spot.
Do
any of you have a good way of controlling that. I am real careful to keep
the
bed clean, but to little avail this summer.
Thanks for any information you can provide. Happy gardening! Charles Bunge.
