There is a belief among some that most folks vote for a TB for the Dykes. So,
by only having one TB per year being elevated to a Dykes contender.... the
winner was pre-ordained. So the "3 Wister Winner" plan is a fix of that - so
that THREE TB's per year are elevated, thereby creating more of a contest.
And it is verily said unto you all..... that you can't please all of the iris
folks all of the time.
Kathyguest .. who SWEARS she had nothing to do with this... has no opinion on
this.... and votes the non-partisan ticket anyway.
