Re: CULT: PCN'S

Thanks, John, for some very interesting information on PCN's,

I can vouch for this. Last year, before my TB's bloomed, and while I was
in the early throes of iris madness, I spotted some wonderful PCN's in
bloom in a nursery and bought 4 plants, which were quite expensive. My
own baby PCN's had captured my imagination, but I was yet to see a live
flower. I was hooked on PCN's instantly!
I took them home, and left them in their pots, not wanting to risk
losing them by transplanting at the wrong time. I didn't know whether I
was watering too much or too little, consequently I watered
occasionally. Three plants died, the other one I divided in two and
planted successfully. I'm desperately hoping it was the lovely dark
purple one, but, as I didn't label them, I'll have to wait and see.

few early TB's.
