Hi Sandra,
I don't know offhand the listed height for CHILLED WINE, but it grows
much shorter than normal for me. The first year, it bloomed at about 8
inches and this year is either its third or fourth year and I don't
believe that it reached 18 inches. I have seen it taller in other
gardens.
