Re: BGIS's sale

From: <Tmilchh@aol.com>

Mark,
The sale went great. We had a great many iris donated from members
gardens. We have some new active members from Lexington, & Nicholasville.
We have a new member from Natural Bridge, Kentucky. She bought the
remaining irises for 1/2 price, over $ 300.00 worth, for her garden in
Natural Bridge and another in Winchester, where she has purchased 3 acres, I
think?
She plans to sell irises in 3 to 5 years.
Keep us informed of how your irises are doing in Florida.
I am growing Louisianna iris also. They haven't bloomed, but are
increasing well and look healthy, so look out next year.
But right now, I am busy fertilizing with 0 X 20 X20 and alfalfa pellets.
I am looking forward to seeing Belvi Queen, Buckwheat, Polar King, Feedback,
and Queen Dorothy reblooming in September or October !!!!!
     I'll be thinking of you!
