	Having had only one experience ordering online and waiting months
to learn that the book I ordered was no longer available, I didn't think I
would ever order online again.  I have now changed my mind.  On Monday
afternoon, I took the plunge again and ordered Bill Shear's iris book.  To
my amazement, that book was on my desk when I returned from work today -
two days from CT via priority mail.  That is service!
