These seem to be items that _usually_ accompany "excessive" bloom count.
Maybe all iris that have been bred up til now with high rebloom bud count
have those weaknesses, but not necessarily in the future.
They are faults no competent judge could miss. Why do the automatic downgrading
for bud count?
What now seems undesirably high bud count may be standard in years to come,
if the associated failings can be removed.
