I bought GREEN PROPHECY this year... and also ALIEN MIST which looks to me like it's to the Turquoise side of Blue. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Rusty,
I have grown many so called "green" iris and the greenest one I have
ever seen is EVERGREEN HIDEAWAY. I sometimes ask visitors to my garden,
who are not Jaded by iris colors to "tell me the color" of E H. They
all say Chartruese. So I guess thats pretty close to green. The only
fault with E H is that it is somewhat short for me. I grew Green
Prophecy for a number of years and it is not close to E H. Another that
had a chartruse cast this cool El Nino spring was PRIDE OF IRELAND.
GREEN AND GIFTED is a blend of gray and green with a brown beard. It
can look quite impressive on a cool day.
