Sorry for the delay in answering. We have been in Charleston S.C.
The iris bloomed, but regrettably I must concur with Walta's estimation of the
plant--also contributed "a long time ago"----which was not positive. It may be
pretty green in a tarnished brass sort of way, but that is all it is, and I
have the impression that I have seen others as green. Overall, I considered it
inadequate even for a novelty, and I discarded the plant.
